My name is Regina Bell and I am the founder and creator of Bloomin' Beauty.

I personally suffer from Rosacea, so I have always been focused on the ingredients that go into skincare products. Sensitivity is an issue for me, so every ingredient matters.  Unfortunately, very few available products offer the level of care I need, so I decided to make them myself.

 

With support from my husband and daughters, I took the leap to start my own business, spending countless hours researching the perfect recipe for each product to ensure maximum nutrition for my skin. Now, I can offer that to you!

The goal of our products is to provide safe, handmade skincare products with ingredients that everyone can recognize and trust. Each product is handmade, packaged and shipped by me.
